Work Fair Executive Summary Part I

The following is an overview of a model for a working private/public partnership for revitalizing public housing as the first building block to a create a sustainable green/cleantech economy nationally and very fast, to include private real estate and act as an economic incubator and alt energy generator in most cases that is both “smart grid” that is environmentally sustainable and BCP compatible.

It will provide automatic income for the average homeowner, income for cash strapped municipalities, democratize cap and trade, and lower our carbon footprint much faster while cutting out the middlemen and truly “spreading the wealth around”. This pilot outlined here in executive summary form is a model to prove that the concept can work, and can be scaled rapidly on a city, state and national level. And for government use, private use, or a combination, as in a real partnership together.

We plan to focus on cities with real need for urban renewal. The pilot project described herein is in New York, but could easily be replicated anywhere.

Newark would be just as good.

As a second stage, there are federal grants that for example New Jersey and New York State could apply to jointly for cleantech economic development for precisely this kind of project. We anticipate a great deal of funding coming from the federal government either through the state bailout plans or directly through the federal agencies. In addition, we also anticipate the investment of private capital, given ongoing discussions with several institutional investors doing very well right now. Not to mention private companies who’s big bosses are on the personal advisories of the President.

Guys, excuse the oink oink in the piggy trough, but we deserve some help too. Not to mention if you think that what YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING passes the economic laugh test, I mean at least for us peons you’ve repeatedly screwed, keep on doing it, and think we’ll keep on putting up with the same, while you’re not busy lining up your next lucrative gig, you are out of your gourds. On drugs. Highly hallucinaginic ones (not that I’m judging their use…many people use them for religious purposes, and hey…what is my place to mock a tribute to a religion, much less a diety I know little if nothing about or understand?

And it is most absolutely clear, even oh, four hundred miles North, but it would be so, even from miles into space, given my familiarity with Hill politics, contacts there and understanding of that place, to come to only one conclusion.

The Democrats, and I include Obama as Cap’n of the ship, are in a spaceship in a galaxy far, far from here.

I would say Twilight Zone, but that’s where I think most Republicans are. And Michael Steele is a dead ringer for the Black “Ming the Merciless,” don’t you think? From that wonderful old cliff hanger, thirties era series Flash Gordon. God, I loved those as a kid. With episodes like that you can find here FOR FREE, containing stills like the one below (sort of outer space Robin Hood on steroids from Mars).…(full episode in both cookie and non cookie form and multiple formats), how can you possibly resist? Who couldn’t use a giggle after all, these days.

And if you’re really hooked, you can get your own set of what used to be called “cliffhangers” for a price. From say Amazon. Or Ebay. But do me a favor, and place the order here, because right now, this is my only salvation, and hopefully will turn into a kind of fundraising site for the project you are reading about.

I put my money where my mouth is.

Of course Flash Gordon does kind of seem to of um well to have “inspired” other filmmakers in the same genre, (say like oh, the style of the opening credits) a little later, not to mention their rather ironic parallel to today’s reality. Also available in both video game, and movie form from you guessed it, Amazon.

So how can you possibly resist?

Yes, I know, sexist as they are. And racist. But even though I recognized that, and even as a kid (I am the child of two world reknowned multicultural artists, so uh symbolism, ethnicity, visual literacy, where things fall within the framing of a picture or screen, if they are shaded or highlighted.…read the article I wrote on political campaigning on the site. There’s a reason it became a classic. Actually several. But the real point here is that in those old movies there is something else that allowed me to overcome the repugnance of what a very culturally, politicially, historically and visually “awake” child would otherwise turn me off.

And that was the sheer and beautiful romance of it. Plus of course the sheer silliness of it. You see I also knew the cultural preoccupation with outer space by writers in the thirties. My dad and I used to discuss those things and why they were there in the first place as a cultural phenomenon. He told me first hand of the Orson Wells riot, caused by his reading of the text of a fictional novel about Martians invading the Planet on a new fangled invention called radio.

And not to bring up Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, but guess who is really given credit for INVENTING radio? Mr. Tesla. And guess who the fabulous intergalactic adventures of Flash Dash Gordon are based on? The work of Jules Verne. Also the author of the same book that Mr. Wells thought he’d read and give half the Big Apple a cardiac arrest.

It’s also how creative minds work. Which is one of the reasons I even started connecting all these dots to even know where to begin researching what I did not know, even though yes, my career has been a bit, let’s just say, atypical, and gave me skills already that kick butt. But there are certain things I have planned for this project THAT NOBODY GETS. Simply because they’ve never made the literal connections before.

But of course it’s quite easy, as they did with Mr. Tesla, and many oppressed and discriminated individuals, for whatever reason, be it race, gender, religion, sexual preference, or disability, to dismiss what even they know is both right and ahead of them.

For example, Mr. Tesla, a man you will hear quite some about, was a penniless immigrant, with a head injury (or TBI) just like me and alot of other folks, civilian and like alot of vets. Just remember folks, you are not alone. Despite the appalling treatment your are getting from people who don’t have a f*cking clue what they are doing. For all of you folks, and their families, stay very closely tuned to my blog. Because there’s a showdown coming that you DO NOT WANT TO MISS.

And despite the fact that I have no intention of purchasing any kind of gun, will literally destroy, if not massacre (figuratively speaking) the assholes in the government who are perpetuating such policies.

But I digress. Back to history.

Tesla, despite his head injury (and I too, despite mine, had a stellar academic and professional career until the development of a second and now visible neurological disability that gets me treated like merde) was also a brilliant electrical engineer, who Edison ripped off (of course; rich white guys are really good at doing that, and to everyone, but have a special partiality and a long and um, distinguished, or should I say established, history of doing so to other people who are far less discriminated against than white men, although it seems our new president is equally eager to break the color, gender, disability, and gender orientation barrier on that “distinction” too, especially when their bank accounts make them in this country of “everyone is equal under the law” not only a lie and therefore, dollars to doughnuts basically above the law, but the reality is that this is also combined with the fact that there is only so much justice as you can buy).

Nevertheless it is Tesla, not Marconi, who historians now give the credit to as the REAL inventor of radio too. And radio and electricity are not unconnected. In fact it’s the cutting edge of alt energy production, which this proposal takes full advantage of. Which is one of the reasons I’ve been so dissed. The big boys are the only other people who know this. And I do mean boys. And they don’t want any competition from some girl.

ESPECIALLY a gimp.

I mean really, to get your asses kicked by a gimp girl? In the hottest, (as in kick ass Master of the Universe way) but also geekiest, scientific and in several disciplines, cutting if not bleeding edge IT intensive, cleantech project in THE WORLD? Oh, that will also save the U.S. taxpayer’s the equivalent of the national debt the first year upon national rollout, and even pay the government extra cash. And employ alot of people now. In good paying jobs. Not to mention save alot of people’s mortgages. Sounds like a really crappy idea to me. Doesn’t it to you? And even more reason to keep ignoring it, because naturally THEY KNOW BETTER.

How embarrassing.

STUD.

NOT.

So for all of you folks reading this by pure accident, including our troops and our vets, and even all the civilian gals out there (who like Natasha Richardson and Princess Di, also got TBI, except that they died of it) don’t give up and pass it on folks. You may not always agree with my politics, or even sometimes my strategies, and yeah, my language is a little off color sometimes, but people with head injuries are known for that too (although trust me, you’ll usually laugh your ass off), but I’m fighting for you too.

They, as in THE ENTIRE U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (so yes, that also means it precludes the states) don’t have any program that deals with TBI. No matter what the dipshits they steer you to at social services, the VA, or even very expensive neurologists you go to see on private health insurance. Which Obama just wimped out on reforming. Further burdening the main consumers of such services and goods, for the community that uses them the most, can afford them the least, and has the least access to quality care. Good going there buddy. Great leadership. Guees you were thinking about your golf game, huh? Or how much money the doctors and the pharmas and the rest of the medical lobby were going to donate to the DNC come the next election.

You unethical, lying bastard. You know, you don’t run on one thing, to win the White House, and then break every single campaign promise once you get there (515 promises and change to date gone south) and get either my respect or my vote again. Once bitten, twice shy. And my everlasting distain. I don’t like politicians who lie. Or take advantage of their constituents for their own personal gain. Or undermine the core values and legal principles this country was built on. SHAME is the name of your game.

Glassesshop.com, Inc.

Our national leaders don’t have a flipping clue. About just about anything these days. But especially about how reigning in healthcare costs will go along way to saving this country, and ending discrimination so disgusting and immoral, that this government is creating what I call The American Apartheid.

Especially when it comes to really complicated disabilities, almost all of which are neurological, very expensive to treat, especially a really nasty one called TBI. Which nobody has addressed, nobody seems to know how to treat, there is no plan in the country to deal with. And nobody is paying attention to at all. Including that stinking health care bill, which just ducked it entirely.

So here’s a little help for the average family, whoever you are, who might just have problems meeting even their COPAYS these days, assuming you still have health insurance, a job, and a roof over your head. Which is assuming alot I know, thanks to the stupidity of the economic policies of Summers. What was that about women being idiots in economics?. But what you will find below is a little something, stupid, gimp and biologicially inferior idiot that I may be, that I found that might help pay your medical bills. As in today. ASAP. God knows what kind of merde is going to emerge out of the orifice known as the U.S. Senate on healthcare deform. But we get to wait for that torture for several years at least. Isn’t that exciting? It’s like playing dodge ‘em balls with people who are supposed to protect your interests, and even promised to do so once in office, but then mysteriously go MIA…or rather last seen on the Golf Course. Much more important, don’t you think?

Value Health Card Inc.

Apparently I’m the only person in the country who has a plan and a roadmap ready to go on the TBI issue alone, although Work Fair covers everyone with a disability, as well as the able bodied too, and included in this plan, as you will see.

But per DoD’s own admission, I’m far ahead of THEM on TBI. And they are the agency furthest down the road on this issue at all, and considered the leading Federal experts on the subject. So that should give this proposal some major cred.

You know who I’m talking about right? The big powerful federal agency, also known as the Department of Defense, HQ’d in the five pointed building in DC. And The one tasked to figure out what they’re going to do in the face of a literal meltdown.

And if you think I’m exaggerating, I’m not.

I guess they’re still figuring out how to spell the name tags for the first conference to decide how to vote on what to call the damned condition, and what the initials should be.

Sorry guys, but MOVE YOUR ASSES. Ever hear of computerization, the internet, customer service, next day delivery, if not ESCALATION ASAP? I PAY YOUR SALARY. YOU WORK FOR ME.

And even better that the White House continues to ignore me. On this, cabinet level civil rights abuses, and in one case, actual physical threats at my apartment IN NEW YORK (HOLY SHIT. YEAH, THAT’s WHAT I SAID TOO when I saw two guys who looked like Mafioso goons show up unannounced at my apartment door for making a complaint to the Inspector General Office about THE most insulting and discriminatory letter I think I might have ever seen from a federal agency. Much less received). And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

One of the most important byproducts of Work Fair is that it also automatically gives the traditionally disenfranchised communities (read the urban poor and people with disabilities) job training and opportunities to move up and out of poverty in a growing and profitable sector of the economy, and transform cities destroyed by urban blight and crime and decades of neglect into desirable places to live again. It is also applicable to the rural poor, who face many of the same issues.

What could possibly be more beautiful than that? It is called The American Dream for a reason. We even give the investors an unbelievably P&L to back it up, qualify for tax breaks that literally pay us to operate even if we lose money, for a profit for at least a decade, could not be in a better location for several reasons and more than likely create a few very profitable small firms that will grow into a few unbelievable IPOs. And some kick ass technology. While creating inclusive products that will have to get that way per the accord Obama just signed with the UN. I’m an expert on both disability, IT, and international Human rights. Only 4% of all websites globally are fully what is known as “508” compliant.

Which is a U.S. centric legal mumbo jumbo term, I know, forgive the cultural relativity and see the reference here, but excuse the shorthand for legal brevity, which REQUIRES, that access the global internet is an international human right. Therefore, for example, every welfare, unemployment, and basically wireless internet should be offered for free (it’s not), the whole issue of airspace allocation needs to be revisited, including a full and unclassified audit of it (no one has ever done one, and the military owns most of it.…see where I’m going with this one…) Trust me, I know my stuff. That is public property folks.

And Google or any one of the big boys ain’t getting it. It’s PUBLIC PROPERTY. PAWS OFF.

And I’m just getting started.

Work Fair also saves the government and consumers a lot of money. And even makes money for the state.

The New York State Commissioner’s office of Disabilities is reviewing this plan now, interested purely from an economic cost saving perspective as is the State Department of Labor.

They realize what the Mayor of New York and most of the federal agencies who have dismissed this plan do not. Not to mention anyone who does know how to use a calculator. You know one of those funny adding machines. The + sign means add. You know, that one? Oh business oriented Mayor Dictator.

Oh, no. I forgot to check my political correctness diary. Does that make me a “communist” in New York City Independent Party Speak This Week? Just like the DNC apparently has, when they called critics of Obama’s outright laughable Nobel for Peace “terrorists” (yeah right Orwell, for fighting two wars? Isn’t that what peace is all about?) What were the Swedes thinking and what aide did we buy them off with…something is not right there.…I smell a rat…or a rotten fish…or something.…could just be a bunch of fooled Swedes, but I think something’s up. I’ll get back to you if I find out. There is alot of corruption going on.

But back to this side of the pond.

It is insane to exclude 20% of the workforce that the government must then support, albeit in horrific conditions, not to mention an economic disaster in the making for a country already swimming in red ink. And hardly the recipe for cutting any government budget. They, along with DoD, and the USDA on the federal level, who supported this even under BUSH, (no I’m not a Republican, think Bush was like Otto in the movie “A Fish Called Wanda” as in his IQ size was about the same, are the ONLY federal agencies that I have gotten support from to date. Along of course, with the UN who are very interested through several avenues. To date so far, the sneering, discriminatory attitudes at federal, state, and city agencies, like the Federal Departments of Labor, HUD, and HHS, to name a few, has been both frequent, and on some occasions, crossed the line into actual physical and written intimidation from New York City officials at the EDC and the Federal Department of Labor. HUD (specifically Donovan) has violated at least two federal civil rights statutes to date in the handling of this plan. And this is since Obama became elected. The White House has refused to return my calls, from the recently departed Van Jones, to Melody Barnes to even Kareem Dale. A college classmate and anti-apartheid organizing colleague from UNC Chapel Hill who also went to Harvard with Obama and is now Deputy White House Counsel (Cassandra Butts) even refused to give me her email so I could forward this proposal through her, and called me “privileged” (for what reason I have no idea) when I called her up to wish her congratulations on her new gig, until threatened with discrimination. I doubt she’s done anything with it. She along with the White House legal team have refused to investigate ethics and civil rights violations on the part of White House personnel and cabinet members. It is gaining momentum slowly in New York City, outside of the Mayor’s office and the EDC, who refuse to meet with me, but it could just as easily be implemented in Newark or Anacostia for that matter. It is far more comprehensive than PlanNYC, in fact any other plan in the country right now, and in fact PlanNYC 2009 legislation ripped off much of my work. The original PlanNYC RFP, issued last year was so problematic that they halted the issuance based on what I believe was my “troublemaking.” I still have yet to receive any information from either the City or State of New York under my FOIL requests about requested information related to the RFP itself, submitted over a year ago.

The Department of Energy at the Federal level even lied about the Google install in New York when I questioned them about it. And that’s not counting Verizon’s green tax credit’s either, both obtained with the help of ex Senator Clinton. The connection being that her chief backer for her presidential run was Morgan Stanley. Who also did both Google and Verizon’s IPO’s.

This is NOT accountability in government. Much less spreading the wealth around.

The Initial Concept

Work Fair is essentially designed as a template to trigger accelerated “switches” in the American economy. In economic theory, switches are seemingly simple changes to small things that can radically change economic policy and its outcomes for literally hundreds of millions of people. Sometimes these switches are triggered by accident and put the economy in reverse. Like, for example, Bush’s decision to invest in increased biofuel production in early 2008 by using the nation’s foodstock crops for fuel.

This proposal was initially designed for New York City as an initial starting point – and for the pilot program was originally conceived to begin in New York. That is what you will read about below. I picked the specific site I did for strategic purposes, including maximum PR and tax breaks. However it is equally applicable to any site in any city. It also includes the greening of the Staten Island Ferry, which is equally important for Newark and also accelerates the revival and retooling of “bad” General Motors (as it is currently designated by Treasury) and the green economic development of Staten Island and surrounding New York Harbor Islands as a way of kick starting an urgently needed response to a brewing international food and energy crisis and a global economic depression – an economic forecast just announced by the World Bank for 2009 and quite possibly the next two years as well.

Newark would benefit just as much from this as well, which is why I have left these aspects of the plan in as well, no matter how sugar coated the economic forecasts are coming out of the White House. While the pilot is local in focus, it will have national and international implications. There are already plans to roll it out to several states very quickly, and I had planned as a second stage to include New Jersey formally, through a two state federal grant, but even in the pilot ask for funding for the Jersey shore, including Newark which suffers from many of the same problems as New York City. However, the concept is applicable to any urban city and indeed rural areas as well.

The financing is not complicated or risky and would rely on a combination of government and private financing. These days, it’s hard to tell the difference.

Corporate sponsorship will not be difficult. I have already approached Whole Foods, General Electric and General Motors through the Department of Energy. Others are in the offing.

Additional key partners, including government agencies and organizations like the YMCA and The New Museum, which is right next door to the pilot building in New York, have already been approached, with overwhelmingly positive response.

The goals of the project are:

  • To create a model for sustainable urban redevelopment of traditionally poor inner city real estate and infrastructure and economies and low income public housing (i.e. federal/government buildings) as our first focus, that could be replicated elsewhere (i.e. on privately owned real estate and in rural areas). By anybody. We are in essence creating a template, and as much as I hate that word, a “brand” not a franchise, although of course we will protect our own IP.
  • To strengthen the protection of public land and promote those standards to private landholders, promote efficient use and good husbandry of natural resources, while expanding the ability of Americans to both use our shared natural heritage and capitalize from that access (including monetarily).
  • To help shape national energy policy.
  • To set strict guidelines for how private energy companies can extract energy from public resources to insure that cleantech projects are properly subjected to the right EIS oversight models. And that those are enforced. And to wean policy makers off of nuclear power, “clean coal” (there is no such thing) and hydropowered dams. All of which are environmentally destructive. This is not rocket science, and the evidence has existed for years. The Germans, who invented nuclear power in the first place, have even given up nuclear altogether because they realize the price is too high, long term. Just in terms of both the environmental cost of storing the waste and the danger of an attack on a nuclear reactor. If Obama is so concerned about coal waste dumps that he’s making them secret, why on earth did he just create what is in effect a presidential earmark for a new nuclear reactor? A prime terrorist target if I ever saw one.
  • To create an economic model for solar and alternative energy pricing consistent with merging telecommunications and energy policy, regulation, infrastructure and technology in a competitive global market.
  • To create vital elements of the regional Green Supply Chain Management system that could be used as a basis for creating one nationally. It does not exist. The ‘greenest’ element in place to date in New York, the biofuel powered home delivery trucks used by Whole Foods, are disappearing quickly in light of the leaked July 4, 2008 World Bank report linking increased biofuel production to the 75% increase in world food and energy prices.
  • The Staten Island Ferry will become the first ever rechargeable floating battery, and a vital part of Harbor emergency response as well as an ongoing source of energy production to charge the disability taxis we plan on asking for dispensation for being able to use the Ferry for a land to Ferry transport system, and to discharge any additional energy at each end of the Ferry run at either end of the Bay. We also intend to ask for increased use of the Ferry for commuter runs between Newark and New York as a free and logical commuter service. Most of the ferries sit unused anyway.
  • Promote and support a local, organic food supply and green supply chain system.
  • Create small green hydro farms for both food and pharma, as well as as energy production
  • Green” the Green business. This includes transparency in online government contracting and full 508 compliance on all federal, state, and municipal websites, including full staff directories. And of course the entire private sector too, post Target. Plus all appliances, which means figuring out Braille adaptors for X-boxes, for example. Plus ALL QWERTY keyboards of mobile phones. And that’s just one example and uh, figurative grenade in my belt. And no “special exemptions” even for the White House on 508 compliance or privacy policy for its favorite vendor (Google). Which is appalling. On the vendor procurement side of things, during the Bush administration, it was a mess, and I am sorry to say that I’m not sure that this was accidental or just because of the very under if completely unreported remapping of the internet last year. Deliberately broken or fake links for those not in the “know” are the norm for some sites, including for some federal and state agencies’ procurement and FOIA pages.
  • Set real standards to end “greenwashing” in the construction, housing, pharma and cleantech sectors. For example, the claim that using biofueled waste management trucks at a construction site to remove asbestos makes one compliant with LEED is not an accurate one.
  • Promote a healthy, competitive, cleantech market nationally, not just fund existing utility companies, big developers and IT companies, much less Wall Street and VC firms and the usual elite. Work Fair will end up costing the consumer less and be more BCP compliant, as well as help create economic incubators at individual sites per our model. Not to mention is fairer, cooler, and just more well, kick ass than anything they’ve come up with to date. Otherwise we’d be hearing about it, wouldn’t we? Logic, Dr. Watson. Works every time.
  • Promote healthy set asides for women, minority and disability set asides in federal, state and municipal green and clean tech business contracting with the government. This includes higher set asides than the 4% set aside (no, that is not a typo) of the first RFP for Plan NYC in New York in 2008 for women and minority owned businesses. People with disabilities were not included at all. In fact the city has yet to even send me my requested transcript of said hearing per my rights under disability law, and as a person with a disability that affects my hearing. Among many other violations. Not to mention, as mentioned in that transcript has no hiring goals for PWDs and has limited total city jobs for PWDs to effectively 700 positions in a city of 8 million people. This is typical of Bloomberg and Donovan’s discriminatory attitudes on a local level, towards these communities. They limited PWD set asides in affordable housing lotteries to 2%, when our statistical existence nationally and locally is ten times that. Good going. Where exactly do you suggest they go? The gas chamber? That’s where Hitler sent them too. Remember. You are dealing with a state with the highest concentration of Jews in America. In a city Jesse Jackson still can’t live down, for calling “Hymie-Town” close to twenty years ago.

    Ooops.

That’s going to play even better when it hits the news about how I’ve been treated, especially with regards to this proposal by the pinheads ESPECIALLY IN WASHINGTON.But discrimination is a problem, and not just against minorities, that this nation still faces. For example, nationally, particularly in male dominated businesses and agencies, particularly cleantech, this is even more of a problem and is starting to gain traction on the Hill. Sorry to lapse into indecipherable babble, but it’s a professional hazard, since it’s also Beltway insider double dutch and jargon for somebody is paying attention.

    FINALLY.

But I still don’t see much ACTION. The appalling failure of the Obama administration to include the “minority” designation for people with disabilities in the SBA stim bill passed earlier this year, a core Obama presidential campaign promise, has yet to be fulfilled, but must be, since the rampant discrimination against this community, 20% of the country, will not end anytime soon, and self employment, particularly in cleantech, offers a way out of poverty, not to mention substandard medical care for those who need it most but can afford it the least for most of this community.

Certified Online Pharmacy - Lowest Price Guaranteed

We offer a stepping stone out of poverty and a solution for this horrific situation, through job training, jobs, and entrepreneurial support. That also helps the able bodied. Beat that Summers, if you can. You hypocritical bastard.

Cleantech in particular offers many opportunities for what is called adaptive technology on the job to level the playing field for particularly those with disabilities to level the playing field in the workplace and education.

Unfortunately even the White House is proving to be far behind, if not going in the opposite direction of its campaign rhetoric, which is not only morally reprehensible, but fiscally irresponsible, not to mention unsustainable.

What funding exists so far or is available to this community, (like say jobs, assessment and medical care) is essentially redlining if not literal torture and rampant lawbreaking for the disabilities community, and the community is deliberately steered clear of the most profitable and growing sector of the economy. Most social agencies don’t know about it, much less even cutting edge federal policies (not that that’s saying much).

And then there’s the disaster that the Obama administration is creating for the REST of the country. Do I need to say more?

But the government programs for gimps and those who run them are staffed by professional sadists. And when you sign up for them seeking help, prepare to enter the Spanish Inquisition, or a Hell Hole Dungeon of people so idiotic that when they have even heard of your disabilities, or even take the time to LOOK THEM UP ON THE INTERNET when you even point out their errors, they still feel obligated to break the law with impunity, since you’re a worthless gimp, walking piece of garbage and they feel they can do anything they want. Since naturally they are public servants, they translate that phrase into being public masters, and think that their jobs (along with their health insurance), paid for by taxpayer money, gives them the automatic authority and intellectual superiority, not to mention right, to display rampant ignorance if not practice outright and horrific discrimination, pretend we work for them, think that they know EVERYTHING and could never be WRONG, and don’t even care about their clients.

At this point I have the names of so many state and city workers in New York alone who are guilty of FEDERAL DISABILITIES BENEFIT FRAUD I could start a goal (the old British spelling for jail) on my own.

But of course that’s not the answer, is a horrific waste, we don’t need any more jails, but rather progressive public policy that eliminates the need for such things, and doesn’t solve the suffering of the PWD community, not to mention staunch the completely unnecessary human rights tragedy this country insists on perpetuating. And by the way, costs YOU, the taxpayer a fortune to perpetuate.

Work Fair is not only designed as a hands and feet on the ground, if not wheelchair, sled, or however you can participate project to change all that, but a massive public relations campaign to educate the public about little things, at least to them, that make the lives of PWDS constant hell.

    And stop the rampant discrimination.

Like not being to be able to understand what you are saying on the phone because of all the background noise, because you have a hearing problem? Or the person on the other end of the line has a speaking disability and you treat them like a retard?

Trust me, its equally frustrating for both sides.

So we need to learn to live together. And create solutions to the problem. Which are really cheap and easy to do. But companies, much less the government just don’t want to do them.

And the government, starting with the asshole in the Oval Office, no matter what he says in public, couldn’t give a shit.

Obama’s too busy preening in front of a mirror to pay attention to the fact that his lack of concern, much less action (actually worse than that) is literally ruining lives, and apparently he thinks it’s perfectly okay to stuff people into garbage cans and closets. No matter what he says in all those pretty speeches, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

And I ain’t seen SHIT. And all I’ve heard is LIP FLAP. While being horrifically treated, to the point of being beaten up, by his own damned staff. Now is that progress or what?

    TV-Silencer (Limat Graphics Inc)

Much less the fiscal red ink that is spent in perpetuating such horrific and discriminatory policies. All in the name of pinheaded policies, perpetuated by pinheaded and discriminatory, if not corrupt and sexist, and completely unimaginative bureaucrats and national politicians.

Even though such discrimination is already illegal it still happens. All the time. And every day. To billions of people worldwide. And to millions of Americans. Twenty percent of them in fact. That’s obviously worth ignoring, right?

And discrimination is the Disney description. That includes gross abuse, which includes criminal acts (like assault and battery, starvation, violation of property and contractual rights, not to mention civil and Constitutional ones, robbery and fraud, you know, silly, unimportant things like that) that Obama’s Federal Justice Department won’t even take the time to investigate.

    SpinLife.com, LLC

And Obama? Well now it’s autumn, he can’t use the excuse of being too busy to focus on the issue because of his golf game, but he NEVER HAD ANY EXCUSES IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And if some Washington ding dong (read “insider expert”) tries to convince you otherwise, that is if they deign to return your phone calls or emails and tell you that you, much less I don’t know what I’m talking about, if you reference the source of the information, and attempt to discredit your source (i.e. this website) as one of the “left of the left” or some crazy broad who doesn’t know what she’s talking about as a way of discrediting the argument, you, me, or their appalling inaction, lawbreaking activities and discrimination, I’ve got a strategy for that too.

    SpinLife.com, LLC

Ask for SPECIFIC examples, as in legislation, projects funded by bailout money, or even individual families or programs they’ve started, funded and are actually working that even come CLOSE to what I’m proposing that will address the needs of BOTH the able bodied and PWDs on even close to such a holistic level. Let alone one that will both save the taxpayers money and even MAKE some for the government. Because just on this healthbill alone, there is no real funding for preventive care. And while I’m no big fan of pills, those who do need things like Omega 3 or Potassium, and can’t afford to buy the real thing, can get them in pill form a lot cheaper. Especially at sites like this.

VitaminMenu Category list Full Banner 468x60

Because trust me, you don’t want to get sick. And keeping yourself healthy right now is the smartest economic investment you can make.

And if you do happen to have the misfortune to fall ill, especially with a serious disability or condition, pray for a quick death. Quote the Congressman who said that too. Because trust me, living with TWO of the rarest neurological disabilities on the planet, one visible, very painful, and only developed in the last several years thanks to the highly illegal actions and then termination of my ex employer, a big, rich, Wall Street bank, I can tell you from personal experience, my life has been living hell. Some might even call it torture.

That should shut up your theoretical staffer for awhile. But not for long, because they are used to playing defense for absolutely indefensible, corrupt and even completely illegal activities.

And when they try to dissemble more (and trust me they will, if they don’t hang up the phone first because they get offended at what they usually call your “inappropriate behavior, language, aggressive attitude or whatever other excuse they can think of (trust me I’ve heard them all) and also think that you work for them, when you pay their salaries and health insurance too) ask them to analyze and provide such proof on paper of their excellent progress on the matter, as in Excel spreadsheets to prove it, with numbers and paper evidence you expect and say your boss expects of you in ANY professional environment) in your email inbox by no later than the end of the week you call, at how far we’ve come and their proof of claims in their brilliance to solve these problems (like say oh, 20% unemployment and rising, which doesn’t count the additional twenty percent of the American population that mostly could work if the discrimination was dropped and proper tools were provided (but of course neither is) but such individuals are never even counted by the Federal Labor Department as being unemployed in its “official statistics” or anyone else for that matter because of the ingrained and widespread stigma and disability discrimination perpetuated by the Federal government and very widespread in the civilian population (until they have to deal with it) and the private sector.

Who not only doesn’t hire gimps, but fire you immediately, even though they know it’s illegal, because who the hell wants a gimp on payroll? Obama doesn’t even want any. He’s only got one on his staff, and his daddy bought him the position.

And then of course ask your “expert Beltway Bandit” assuming they are still on the phone, how exactly they consider their policies a success when TEN MILLION plus PRIME mortgages for the ABLE BODIED (you know the people the political elite and most narrow minded bigots consider “success stories,” or are even laughably calling “middle class” when they are hanging on by their fingernails and toes, are set to go bust next year thanks to THIS administration’s fiscal policies (and that mortgage default rate is conservative) while giving no help to these people, but rather raising the rate of loans available to new Home Buyers instead (which is called if not stupid, then literally brain dead if not really retarded and mentally challenged if not a way for Timmy Turbo Tax to sell his house in Westchester) the bloodbath of commercial real estate and I’m just getting started.

By this time, I guarantee you, that you will have really pissed them off. And I guarantee that if they haven’t hung up on you, they will NEVER CALL YOU BACK.

Who cares? The point is that if they get enough of these calls, or you send an email to them and say the few people on the Hill who actually do have morals (plus of course the press and write blogs about it) things will actually spread. And people will get empowered and put an end to this crap. Trust me, it works much better than tea bags. Marcie Kaptur could certainly use the ammunition. So could Lloyd Doggett. Use the tools you have online and work for your Democracy and Civil Rights.

Nobody is going to do it for you.

And remember. VERY IMPORTANT. EVEN IF YOU VOTED FOR THEM AND THEY SHARE THE SAME POLITICAL AFFILIATION (which these days doesn’t mean jack) they are public servants, who work for you and you pay their salaries. It’s time they started to remember that. Even if they sit their butts in the Oval Office.

But I guarantee you if say your first attempt at wrangling with say a low level Hill Staffer gets to the point I’ve described, and they are still on the line, you will get pablum along the lines of ‘but look at what we’ve done so far, and give the man (as in Obama) more time.”

Tell that idiot staffer you are talking to, and feel free to quote me, “to stuff it where the sun don’t shine.”

Not to mention send an email to the White House saying the same thing.

While you may be impressed with their titles and don’t know how DC works, much less have never worked there, I have. For over a decade. That’s not bragging or me saying I’m better than you. I just know how to spot Washington BS and doublespeak. FROM MARS. Not to mention actions speak louder than words.

Not to mention results. As in where are they? Does Tinkerbell have them? Is the Tooth Fairy planning on delivering them under my pillow one morning?

I don’t think so, and I strongly suggest you don’t count on it either. Able bodied or PWD.

Laws and treaties don’t mean crappola, if those rights aren’t enforced, you can’t afford a lawyer who does their job (and most of them don’t, I hate to tell you) we have spineless leaders who don’t lead the way (yes that means YOU Obama), not to mention Congress and the Courts, who have also managed to curtail our contractual rights. Everyone’s in case you were wondering. But especially those with disabilities. And they keep on doing it, even in the age of the “information worker” not to mention the “information economy” where even if a body part is broken, or doesn’t perform at maximum capacity in the eyes of conventional wisdom so what?

If you read the tab I’m adding soon, about a man called Nikola Tesla, who’s work I’ve also studied, and many of the precepts and technology of THIS project is based on, you will also learn that not only did he have a disability, but PWD, just like me. And even more interesting, and even cooler, his DISABILITY, just like mine, gives me ADVANTAGES that the able bodied do NOT HAVE, that make me even more competitive.

Oooops. Guess the self proclaimed pinhead geniuses at 1600 Penn, not to mention our political elites all over the nation hadn’t thought or even knew about that.

Shows you exactly how um, “brilliant” they are, doesn’t it. If not just downright discriminatory, elitist, bigoted, uneducated and DUMB.

IT and adaptive technology levels the playing field, so there is no excuse, on any ground whatsoever, for perpetuating this kind of abuse or even neanderthal legal decision making and Congressional appropriations.

Much less continual procrastination in the White House on this issue as well as chronic understaffing. If not worse.

Just the issue of the reduction in our contractual rights is appalling, and even overlooked by Congress last year. It is akin to some of the WORST human rights crimes this country has ever perpetuated.

As in say “slavery, perhaps?” Or enshrining the horrific discrimination against women? Or the LGBT community? Or Jews? Or Muslims? Or let’s just cut to the chase right now. DISCRIMINATION PERIOD. It is a crime.

There is not a SINGLE woman reading this, I double dare you, of whatever race, creed, color, mix, gender identification or sexual orientation, much less socioeconomic status or professional (or even non professional) status, to defend the policies of a country that REFUSES to pay women the same as men, promote them, perpetuate policies that protect families and children, train them, mentor them and provide access to leadership in business, government, politics etc. as those of the other gender.

    Able bodied or not.

If you are the best candidate for the job, where ever you went to school or not, but know what you are doing (like say Ol’ Abe) you should get the job. And shown a little appreciation occasionally.

    Even if not monetarily.

    Chocolate Gifts from Chocolate.com.

    See the definition of MERITOCRACY.

And we are the majority of this country.

Or isn’t pissed off royally that there aren’t ANY white women in their thirties and forties, despite a plethora of white men of the same demographic in any leading roles in this administration, in either the White House or at the head of any cabinet at any federal agency in DC.

Not to mention a “boys’ club” in the White House and a chief economics adviser to the President, (Mr. Summers, which is why I am so deliberately rude to him on this site and many other places, since apparently nobody else will take the sexist asshole to task, except say an academic institution you might have heard of, and he still hasn’t learned his lessons, so I would say there is EVEN MORE of an imperative to focus on those with say learning disabilities, because Obama sure is a SLOW LEARNER with apparently a need for continuous repetition that women, while our brains are different biologically, work JUST AS WELL IF NOT BETTER THAN MEN’S).

And if you don’t know what I’m talking about, Larry Summers was fired from his post as the President of Harvard for saying things, unabashedly in public, no less, such as women are biologically inferior to men.

And then there’s the President himself, who escapes NO blame, you know the dude who sits his butt in the Oval Office, who might have more melanin in his skin (good for him and so what) who decides that hey, I’m a stud (if not the Messiah) because I’m the first Black President of the U.S., but who cares about women, much less their issues, or my staff who make disparaging comments about the same, or discriminate against them?

And gimps? Well, they’re walking pieces of human waste and garbage. So who cares about them either.

And if you disagree with the points I’m making and AREN’T already pissed off (and don’t point to legislation that is never enforced and treaties that carry no force because they haven’t been ratified yet) what exactly has this administration done to date on the issue?

The answer is exactly SQUAT. As in ZERO. Bupkus. NOTHING. And actually worse.

While adding to our numbers in horrific numbers by drawing out one horrific war and escalating another, with no plan to deal with the horrific wounds caused by both.

Mine is the only plan, per the leading experts at the country AT DOD, to do so, and which by the way, per their own admittance, is even light years ahead of THEM. But naturally since I’m a gimp and a woman, I don’t know diddly squat to those who sit their butts at the White House. Since of course, I’m naturally, biologically inferior. Not to mention human garbage.

And if you think I’m exaggerating, I’m not.

Then again, we always have been a horrifically discriminatory country.

Which not only makes perfect sense for my continual mistreatment, discrimination and horrific treatment to date, all stories for another time and place, but why this plan keeps being ignored at the Massah’s House.

Because of course, he knows better than everyone else on the planet. Along with his horrifically sexist, racist, elitist, disability discriminatory law breaking staff.

But hey, most of them went to Harvard, so I guess that excuses it.

    Right?

    Um, no.

    Try the opposite answer.

Say what you will, and get as creative as you want with even expanded Executive Privilege (which includes immunity for lawbreaking members of the Executive branch) not to mention national security, which I also have a very good background in, including where it intersects with both disabilities law and national security, not to mention securities (as in finance) and you still don’t have a foot to stand on. Or since we are also including PWD issues here, anyone making such stupid comments also doesn’t have the aid of any adaptive technology to assist you, in making such ridiculous arguments

Most federal agencies think that cleantech funding is only for the “best and the brightest” read “white men only” and usually those from the Ivy Leagues with good political connections, unless you are a movie star like Brad Pitt, automatically excluding women, minorities and PWDs.

If you don’t believe me, just look at New York City. Every single solar install project has gone to a white, male owned firm with close ties to the Mayor and the late Senator Clinton. On a national level, these issues are beginning to attract the attention of the Black, Womens and Progressives Caucuses on the Hill, but given the recent bloodletting and bullying of the White House, and Ms. Pelosi on Cap and Trade of Mr. Doggett and others, there is going to have to be some real grassroots support to show that the people are tired of yet more corporate welfare and increased utility fees (which are being subsidized by the government) while the rest of America starves. While Obama increasingly objects to real oversight by the IG’s office on TARP oversight, and wants to limit the role of the head of the anti trust division at Justice.

  • Provide guidance for the greening of building code reform
  • Promote the greening of Staten Island and other Harbor Islands
  • Create water saving, recycling, sustainability and blackwater solutions that are affordable and implement them both for economic reasons and for BCP purposes
  • Create emergency planning for escape routes from cities. There is still no escape plan in place for Manhattan, much less regionally, and many other urban centers nationwide. And despite the disaster that was New Orleans, with a FEMA director who didn’t know what button to push, we haven’t made much progress nationally to deal with real mass casualty or major disasters.
  • A frank discussion about emergency preparedness and how it relates to energy policy (including emergency food storage and green supply chain issues). In New York City, for example, because 80% of New York’s energy must be generated within the City (by state law), because all major infrastructure is very old and underground, and because of serious infrastructural integrity problems, there must be some serious discussion of federally backed emergency funding of solar thermal or other alternative green power backup and water/blackwater installations on every rooftop south of 14th Street in Manhattan, certain parts of Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey and all the islands in the Harbor. If the region becomes the next New Orleans (or the predicted quake we are due for hits in the near future), the situation, as is, will be catastrophic, not only for the regional residents, but for the nation’s economy. If the current Wall Street crisis is daunting (and yes there is still one, despite the illusion, much touted by this adminstration and echoed by their buddies in the mainstream media who don’t know what they are talking about, much less anything about economics, and whose sole purpose in life is to parrot the administration for fear of cutting off access to ‘anonymous insider sources’ who also are guilty of spreadiing and perpetuating the rumor mill, or if you like the game of Chinese Whispers that’s led to this stupidity of people believing our economy is in a “rally.“Let me pop that BS right there. It’s called, especially to a trained economist (among other things) not only complete and utter false propoganda, but violates every rule of common sense on the planet.

Even if you don’t understand economics.

As Paul Krugman so delightfully calls and I’m stealing from his delightful description here in what I call “The Revenge of the Walking Zombie Banks,” imagine Wall Street cum Atlantis. All regional infrastructure will be affected, and there is no regional plan in place for mass evacuation. With all airports down, and the Ferry inoperable given the vastly inferior plans of the Mayor (who thinks that he of course is vastly superior both because he is richer than I am and of course biologically inferior, not to mention ripped off my ideas, albeit badly, without a clue what he is doing, among other things), New Orleans will look like Disneyland if it occurs in the Big Apple. And this proposal, while the pilot focuses on New York (you don’t start national plans without a test or two, even with twenty years of experience), is planned for national rollout once we get the bugs worked out (see we don’t claim Messiah status and are willing to admit our mistakes and take plans to fix them…just like say software makers and releases) to give such tools, knowledge, training and infrastructure and access to all, to everyone who needs them (like say flooding communities in the Midwest whose residents also don’t have jobs either and certain communities who’s towns flooded twice recently who apparently, as far as I could tell, the President didn’t consider enough of an emergency to give Federal FEMA to, because they were White and not Black) is vital to all Americans who need real emergency planning, cheap power, healthy and organic food, decent and affordable (read cheap if not free) healthcare, and want to live their lives on a planet if not a country that is still, although rapidly economically and environmentally uninhabitable.Except of course, if you, like Mr. Summers, get paid $1.5 million a week for a day’s worth of work. Know anybody like that? And even if you do, these policies are NOT SUSTAINABLE.This plan is also direly needed by ALL New Yorkers who still don’t have an escape route (NINE YEARS after 9/11…how’s that for um, effective city management Mr. Bloomberg?I call it complete evacuation of responsibility on your part and horrific if not grossly irresponsible city management, and most certainly PWDs, nationally and in New York, who both need special evacuation plans, supplies, personnel trained to meet their needs, and have suffered the most in the economic atom bomb that finally went boom last September, caused by the unchecked greed of an industry that is still unpunished, unregulated, being paid even more (with taxpayer money), while lining up to make a fortune on the healthcare deform bill and already raking in profits off of TWO WARS IN PROGRESS, and redecorating their bathrooms at the office to the tune of one million a pop.How much of a bailout did PWDs get?Half of what it cost Mrs. Obama to buy her tennis shoes she loves to do photo ops in homessess shelters (and she hasn’t even hired a PWD to HER staff either).

  • And do you know how hard it is, not mention expensive, even for regular folk, not to mention for people living in poverty to refit even their BATHROOMS to accommodate their disabilities? Where is THEIR bathroom bailout?

    FOR STARTERS.

And yes, while I’m being just a little sarcastic, it’s not by much. If at all. In fact I think I’m being mild and UNDERESTIMATING and softening the description of the suffering, to keep you reading, because the reality is so horrific, nobody can stand it.

CWI Medical, LLC Banner - Orthopedic and Rehab Products

And I’m only using it at all, to keep you reading, and to make a much needed, but mostly overlooked and never mentioned point.

WHEN IS THIS STUPIDITY, IF NOT RAMPANT CORRUPTION AND HORRIFIC PUBLIC POLICY THAT LEADS DIRECTLY TO VAST HUMAN SUFFERING AND DISCRIMINATION GOING TO STOP?

  • Finally our last big goal is to create a comprehensive approach integrated through several core federal agencies (that will hopefully filter down through the state and city levels), on how environmental impact studies (EIS) are conducted, applied and enforced, both in urban and remote areas. PlanNYC, for example, left out a whole area of the city (the Rezoning of the Lower East Side) in its EIS data when creating the Mayor’s city greening plan (PlanNYC). Deliberately. And has never been corrected. The result is the complete destruction of the Lower East Side, a lot of affordable housing, and such brilliant public policy recommendations of closing down bicycle repair shops (essential green businesses) along a key bicycle commuter path between Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan because they were ‘unsightly.’

    Westernbikeworks.com Large Rectangle GIF 336x280

The Mayor’s office didn’t welcome the feedback. The EDC hung up on me because I was “critical.” The Rezoning Board official I discussed the issue with told me I could go form a picket line outside the Mayor’s office. He wasn’t about to make any waves or discuss the topic with his superiors, but they all knew about it and didn’t intend to change it, even though they knew that airspace in Manhattan (and other cities) is going to be a very valuable commodity with regards to cleantech energy generation (particularly with nanotech on the horizon, which doesn’t necessarily require direct sunlight or solar PV). It was done deliberately, in the interests of powerful developers who want to privatize or tear down all public housing and affordable housing in the Lower East Side and build luxury condos. The ones that have been built so far now stand empty because nobody can afford them, while the city’s shelters are overflowing. And now Bloomberg even wants to charge rent for staying in those shelters too, which is more than you receive on public assistance. Not only is this inhumane public policy, but fiscally stupid.

It costs the city $37,000 per bed, per year in each city shelter, more than $15,000 a year than the rent on my studio apartment (which has increased 40% in less than eight years). In other words it costs the taxpayers of New York twice as much to support the homeless of the city than supporting private enterprise. And Bloomberg thinks he’s a good manager and entrepreneur? Much less says such things in public?Exactly on what grounds and what evidence does he have to show for it, other than selling overpriced tech products to a sexist industry (which is how he made his money) that buys anything that smacks of “toys, or more specifically ‘computer games’ for overgrown boys” and has blinking lights all over its interface as an extra special marketing bonus. Marketed and of course very appealing to a male dominated industry right at the dawn of the computerization of Wall Street. That’s called good timing and excellent luck. And being in the right place at the right time solely by accident. Not economic or business prowess or good management.

But hardly surprising, given that these policies were cooked up and implemented along with the same idiot at HUD, who is increasing FHA loans (originally meant for poor families) and extending them only to rich, usually white upper class and rich white and male folks, when those who already HAVE houses, if not mortgages already underwater, plus behind on their mortgage payments by months, can’t get any help from the government. And are on the verge of being evicted. And these are PRIME mortgage holders who are in trouble, you know, responsible, bill paying, job holding (or at least they used to be) folks.

Not some example of the stereotypical and usually racist, and classist image (put there most probably by Fox or your local Republican politician) of some sort who committed the irresponsible financial act of signing up for real estate they couldn’t afford.HUD, under Donovan, because of these idiotic policies, let alone New York, is directly responsible for the already THIRTY PERCENT DEFAULT RATE ON DOMESTIC MORTGAGES. Which are already at a record high, and going even higher.

    Just like the unemployment rate.

And it doesn’t take a degree in rocket science, from Harvard or Podunk U. to figure out, rather obviously, that there’s a connection between the two.

Brilliant policies, don’t you think? I mean they are working fabulously, as you can tell.

In truth, it is precisely policies like these, and politicians who buy elections with stupid excuses that cover up the truth, not to mention their incompetence, and failings to date, not mention policies and programs they’ve already implemented, which don’t pass the gas test, much less the laugh test, that are driving this country bankrupt, and further creating the gaps between rich and poor. Not to mention perpetuating horrific suffering. Of which they don’t even foresee. And when it happens, they won’t even care about. All they’ll be thinking is “thank god it isn’t me.

Work Fair is designed to turn this trend around and do so fast, while building a new infrastructure and paradigm for the American economy. In fact it’s possible now to create an energy positive building without such factors as full sunlit exposed rooftops being present, or funding utilities to provide electricity, which our model utilizes.

These approaches turn convention wisdom on its head, at least the way it’s being approached in New York, and in DC at places like the White House and federal agencies like HUD, DoE, and Labor. Not to mention HHS. Although the Pentagon is using this approach very successfully.

These approaches have not been mentioned in Bloomberg’s “anti poverty” program, (which also leave out people with disabilities, when having one is a major source of poverty) nor have they been addressed by HUD Secretary Donovan who seems to think that weatherization for minorities in public housing, even if it’s new and cheap public housing built along freeways, (which is what he did the last time he was at HUD) is all that minorities and the poor deserve. He doesn’t address the jobs issue, which of course you need to buy even the cheapest piece of crap he’s planning on building.

People with disabilities are just ignored.

The federal HUD website isn’t even 508 compliant.

We’re not even worthy of his attention and treated like doormats. Just like he did in New York. I suppose since he went to Harvard he thinks he can afford to think like that that, just like the other elites who run national government right now.

Unfortunately, such approaches not only cost more in the long run, but contribute to a permanent underclass who can shine the elite’s shoes for cheap and make cheap nannies, which is ultimately all they care about. But it also causes huge and unnecessary suffering. For the majority of the American public.

It’s time for a change. This time, one I can believe in.

Donovan, just like Bloomberg never created sufficient set asides in public or affordable housing, green or not, to accommodate the percentage of the population with disabilities who are out of work thanks to discriminatory policies in both the New York city public job sector and the private sector (for example in one of the last lotteries for affordable housing, right before he left town in New York for HUD, in a lottery for a whopping 14 units of affordable apartments, just 2% were set aside for PWDs, apparently the city policy for gimps, when we represent 20% of the population of the U.S. not to mention New York.)

And 90% of PWDs are now unemployed, mostly due to rampant discrimination than anything else. And mostly perpetuated by THE GOVERNMENT.

Living on disability benefits (usually illegally pushed there by either corrupt public officials or ignorant ones) which means in most cases, doomed to a life of substandard living conditions and poverty. Not to mention doomed to awful healthcare.

If you can call it that. Which they still can’t afford.

With no way to even get to your doctor because you can’t afford it. And usually no way to even pay for your meds or expensive medical treatment because of the appalling uh well healthcare DEFORM bill is the only way to describe it. Which both Obama and Congress bear direct responsibility for and cannot duck, pretend ignorance of the consequences of, and directly created by their corruption.

EMERALDMEDICALSERVICE.COM - Special Offers

Donovan, like his boss, and Congress, not to mention Obama, just ignores the problem. Like most people. You don’t think he signed off on that absolutely idiotic FHA program that gives all the breaks to rich people? While completely ignoring not only the middle class, but basically giving the finger to the poor. If bothering to even think about them at all.

We don’t think of things that way. Nor approach the problem with the same approach.

Nor does Obama have a plan to help people in public housing move up and out of poverty. He just has plans to make the rich even richer, and move them into even bigger houses. While the rest of America goes homeless.

It’s not his problem, after all, right? Because although Bloomberg very publicly works for a dollar a year as New York’s Mayor, rather remarkably, his assets just went through the roof.

How the hell do you explain that?

Nor is the pain and suffering of such god awful housing policies and the disasters they create, any concern of Mr. Donovan’s either apparently. Even though he’s not as rich as the Mayor, he comes from a very rich family, has the right degrees to open doors, made alot of money as a banker in between stints in government, and is quite likely to use his rolodex once this gig is over, to keep the big bucks rolling in the door.

He, like his current and former boss for that matter, not to mention the one before, is part of the elite, a rich boy from Harvard who deleted this plan from his personal email, according to his personal secretary, when I sent it to him at his personal email address the day after his confirmation at HUD. And then, when I resent it, violated the Rehab Act and Title XII. The IG’s office isn’t doing a thing. I guess if they think you are a female gimp nobody, they can break your civil rights and many other laws with complete and utter impunity.

Unlike the lighting fast response from the Obama White House to an IG problem over at Americorps, complaints about my treatment and lack of response from the IG’s office at HUD and Labor have been ignored. And just like the other elites Obama has picked to run his government, Donovan, Labor, HHS, DoE and apparently the White House is blowing this plan off because it takes a different approach and treats everyone, rich or poor, black and white, able bodied and those with disabilities, like equals.

Not only because I know exactly where they live, the challenges they face, indeed have faced many of the same, but I’m fighting for them too, as well as you. And I’m sick of injustice, not to mention economic and environmental suicide if not genocide, perpetuated in my name.

Unlike our political elite, we don’t discriminate. We open doors, we don’t close them.

We believe in really spreading the wealth around. And offer opportunity for everyone. Able bodied or gimp. Man or woman. Child or adult. White, Black, Hispanic, Mestizo (or any recipe), old, young, or somewhere in between. No matter where or if you have a degree. Or for that matter, from where.

I know it sounds really old fashioned, but meritocracy, not the size of your bank account, much less how much daddy (or mommy) paid for your prestigious education that some people got lucky and breaks so now they think they can act the same way as bigoted, white male elitists always have, rather than use that opportunity to do some good with it for those less fortunate, is really what counts.

At least that’s what I’ve always been taught. Along with such values as it doesn’t matter where you learn. What matters is a good education, not where you learn it, and what you do with it that counts.

And making a positive difference in the lives of people who don’t have what you do (and I don’t have squat right now, except an education, thanks to a Big, rich Wall Street Bank and the government who’ve taken every dime I’ve ever had, nevertheless, I’m not giving up, and pursuing this project anyway. Like a bulldog.

This is an attitude called getting up after you’ve been knocked down (although decimated is probably a better description) and entrepreneurialism is after all, what built this country, and made it great.

Don’t I sound like a commie pinko? And brainless piece of walking garbage who doesn’t know what she is talking about?

The core pillars I establish in this pilot are essential for fast economic recovery. Most people can’t survive an ever increasing job loss rate, and it will continue to rise way past the “forecast numbers.”

In fact it’s past them now. Except of course the millionaires making these stupid policies in Washington. Who also have well paid government jobs. Oh, and excellent healthcare. Let’s not forget that. Let alone who pays for it.

We have a plan for including the traditionally disenfranchised, minorities, and people with disabilities in the workforce and cleantech economy. NOW. And in good paying, professional jobs.

And even help them start their own businesses. Impossible you say? Heretical you mutter? Okay. Fine. Support this community and their suffering on YOUR TAX DOLLARS. And I know you LOVE to pay those. That’s reason enough to support me even if you don’t give two hoots about gimps. Because my plan not only saves alot of your tax dollars, it even MAKES YOU MONEY.

Argue with that.

But Work Fair does far more than that. And it’s main purpose is to transition us to a sustainable economic and environmental economy and jumpstart our transition to one based on carbon free, cleantech, economic and environmentally sustainable economic models.

We have to. And think of creative solutions to do it, even if the ignorant, elitist and discriminatory pinheads in DC and our more local political elite do not. Or will not.

Not relevant you say? Don’t give a damn you mutter, despite the already compelling reasons given above? Then you are the one who is really insane. And deserve to go extinct.

In preserving the status quo, those are YOUR wasted tax dollars down the drain. And I assume you LOVE paying those. Even if you aren’t a teabagger. Who, I have to say, while I don’t share their political views, I can certainly understand their anger.

And speaking of taxes, by the way, those are, per rumor, little birdies carrying encoded messages who conveniently land on my window stoop, and written notice sent out lately by say our current governor and many others nationally, to go even HIGHER. As in through the statosphere. Or maybe a galaxy far, far from here. Or perhaps even the Twilight Zone if we’re really lucky. Plus of course the cost of medical insurance which we’ll all be guaranteed to carry or go to the big house. With stagnating wages, continued unemployment that is really about half the country, and even people on social security seeing no cost of living adjustments for at least two years.

But hey, Congress can give themselves a raise. I mean I’m sure we can all agree they are doing such a WONDERFUL job.

NOT.

While simultaneously, on the state level, to add to this nightmare, especially for PWDs, doing things like Paterson just proposed in New York, of DOUBLING transportation fees for specialized transportation services for those who have no other way of getting around and of course live in poverty, and can’t afford to pay them.

That’s called TORTURE AND ABUSE under both domestic disabilities law and international human rights law. How the hell is a person who can’t walk supposed to get to the doctor, particularly once a month if they are on medicine classified as “Schedule II’s” per FDA and DEA Federal mandate, requiring your doctor to write monthly scrips, (which they then can’t even afford to pay for, much less the transportation fees to get them to the pharmacy to even get filled in the first place, which usually by the way takes two visits…one to drop off the scrip and one to pick it up) much less even to get the crappy medical care provided when they get to the clinic in the first place? And now, thanks to this stupid healthcare deform bill, we can’t even fill scrips by mail from overseas.

Not only is this ridiculous, tragic and cruel, but a very accurate picture of both what is going on today, and what this stupid healthcare deform bill DOES NOT EVEN ADDRESS, much less fix.

Do you support policies like those? And on exactly what grounds?

Not to mention are you prepared to write me off NOW?

NOW DO I HAVE YOUR FULL ATTENTION? If not full support?

Because among other things, that is exactly what these disgusting and amoral, and completely illegal policies cause.

And the ONLY way to fix these issues is to empower people economically so they don’t “waste” your money, which trust me, many PWDs, stuck on disability see that way, and most of them want to work, as do many poor able bodied minorities, is to implement this plan.

To give you the Hollywood Elevator Pitch, it sticks the bubble gum in the gaping holes are elite are out to lunch on, don’t care about, don’t see, profit off of keeping the status quo, and will never fix or change.

But is bleeding America to death.

And is not change I believe in, or will support.

If the poor are left out of the new paradigm change, and continually if not blatantly ignored, discriminated against, untrained, uneducated, given no medical care and left to rot, not only does this bring the entire economy down, in terms of government spending on things like entitlements spending, but also exacerbates environmental degradation and permanently cripples for example children with disabilities who don’t get the help they need early.

And if the middle class, who already own homes, are basically left to be victims of the Revenge of the Zombies (at their own tax dollar expense) rather than helped keep their homes and their mortages, while instead, the ding dongs who drive this administration’s economic policy have just decided to increase home loans for NEW HOME BUYERS by about $100K to $700 grand, with plans in the works by all people BARNEY FRANK, to raise it by another $100K next year !!!! in a reported effort, no matter how stupid, to supposedly help save the sinking value of the housing market (it won’t work, trust me, and is a canard in the first place), we are seriously at sea, with no lifeboat, let alone a life raft in site.

For one thing, houses are just like any other commodity. And just like tulips. We plan to grow organic products, including buds, of all kinds. We just don’t intend to uh, bet the farm on them, Excuse the pun, I couldn’t resist.

And just like in Holland, if you are familiar with that story, or read the attached link, overnight entire fortunes literally turned into compost heaps. Which maybe I shouldn’t be mentioning given Mrs. Obama’s expertise in building HAZMAT sites she tried to pass off as caviar and “organic” on the White House lawn. Trust me, the White House economic team is just as incompetent, and headed right in the same direction.

That is what has just happened to the U.S. housing market. And no amount of wishful thinking, bribing, cajoling, crying, or wishing upon a star, is going to change that reality. Much less even more taxpayer dollars dumped down ratholes for the benefit of people who need it the least, instead of being spent productively on those who need it most.

And the supposed um Captain cum Messiah who sits his butt in the Oval Office?

Buddy, get real, and start handing out the pink slips. And get used to dealing with constructive advice AND criticism. As well as economic and other professional guidance from a WHITE WOMAN who is easily as qualified as you are. Not to mention younger than you now, as well as achieved the things she did which easily outmatch your sorry ass. FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.

And as for Michelle’s jealousy? Girlfriend, he’s your husband, and I don’t fuck with the men I do business with. As men commonly say amongst each other and women they trust, “don’t shit where you eat.” Time to learn that phrase, baby. You just entered the deep end of the ocean, and you’re acting like well, you’re still stuck in special ed, second grade.

And since you don’t have a learning disability as far as I know (so don’t even take that as a diss of special education, which I’m very good at, have great respect for good teachers, and save my scorn for those who should be funding it and giving it more research and resources, not to mention paying its teachers more) you don’t have that excuse. You’re not even blonde, excuse the gender stereotype, but I was kind of thinking about Megan McCain, and yeah, she’s pretty dumb.

I didn’t think that you were. But so far it seems to be a big act. And these are issues you don’t fool around with. As you should know, if you had a conscience. Which you clearly do not, given what I know and am NOT spilling the beans on yet.

It’s time you grew up.

Not to mention, how the hell dare you.

Not to mention, the White House must be spending a FORTUNE on the mirrors you crack when you check your makeup out.

Ooops…I wasn’t supposed to say that. That’s considered classified information.

Okay…come on. Arrest me, beat me up, and torture me. I double dare you.

Oh dear. They’ve done all three. It’s redundant. I can say what I want. I’m free. As all Americans should be. See the Constitution.

And worse, for Obama, I’m fighting back. As I have all my life. Say what you will, but I have always done the right thing, fought for democracy, in this country and others. Opposed tyranny and oppression.

And consider myself a patriot. Much as I disagree with the policies of this country. We have so much potential. This proposal, even the name itself, which those of you not asleep, must have already realized has branded implications and potential, is as American as apple pie.

See the tabs and proof thereof on what will be the attached and redirected blogs, not to mention proof on the tabs already existent on this website.

It also uses an idea that is called sustainable economics and community development. Very hot internationally right now. But old hat for say the Israelis (what do you think Kibbutz’ are) or even successful communes and yes some Hippies pulled them off and there are some that are still going and even, hold your breath PROFITABLE. Then of course there were the Universalists/Unitarians. And of course the Amish. You know there are economics behind those weird outfits, people we don’t understand, mostly live in upstate New York and Pennsylvania, and they occasionally do thriller movies showing them as convenient living backdrop, starring Harrison Ford and Kelly McGillis.

It is these kinds of things and those kinds of economic modeling, (and those are just a couple of examples, some have been really outlandish, and forget about their description) their failures, their successes, how they work and do not, how applicable and acceptible they might be to an American public…these are the kinds of things I have put into Work Fair and what you are looking at now. And is the culmination of study from many angles for years and incorporates ideas from many cultures, not to mention I have been involved over land distribution tussles, let’s put it that way, at a PRESIDENTIAL LEVEL, not seen, since you know Presidents were stealing land from Indians, and in fact this is exactly what this was too, among other things, and in this country. In 1994 to be exact.

To give you just a taste of what Work Fair covers and my experience.

But as much as there is novel and new and exciting about all of this, there’s something that’s also very important to remember too.

Work Fair also incorporates an idea as a concept that is neither new or novel. It’s an idea that is common among international economists, healthcare experts, particularly those with third world sustainability backgrounds, archeologists, anthropologists, ecologists, population experts, biologists, climatologists, ethicists, particularly with medical backgrounds and of European and especially Israeli and/or European Jewish descent (I mean I could go on but the list is rather long and could get kind of embarrassing in certain high government circles where this should also be going like a shot), but apparently missing from the pinheads at the White House who only seem to think in terms of big business, their bank accounts, present and future, and the other agencies who are out to lunch and following the White House’s lead.

Including the EPA, who don’t even know that non greened housing contributes to CO2 emissions just as much as cars, per my discussion with Lisa Jackson’s DIRECT deputy the day the agency released its long overdue report on how carbon dioxide emissions are indeed harmful to human health.

Which is not only embarrassing, although trust me, hardly the most from a senior federal official in my storied DC career, but in this case, coming from a 22 year veteran of the agency (and a white boy with supposed biological superiority to me at that), but shows you how really stupid and discriminatory our country, if not our government, even under the first African American President, really is.

Not to mention how stupid this whole situation is from the start. I mean if he can get a well paid job as a Cabinet Deputy Secretary, displaying such basic ignorance, how come I’ve been unemployed for THREE YEARS? While yes, my disabilities are neurological and yes, do affect my brain, they do not affect MY INTELLIGENCE. OR NEGATE PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE, EXPERIENCE, NOR, SINCE I DON’T SUFFER FROM AMNESIA FORGOTTEN WHAT I DID AND HOW I DID IT.

Not to mention I had one invisible disability the entire time I did those things. And now I have a second, but visible one, caused by the illegal actions of my ex employer.

So that means you are going to punish me further?

But that is EXACTLY what is happening. And trust me, While I have dealt with disability issues all of my life (think AIDS and look at the work I’ve done and how early what we called the “Gay Vietnam” hit my shores), you cannot possibly prepare for the destruction this kind of thing does to your life. From six figures to walking piece of human trash. My life has been completely destroyed in less than three years.

And even better. It can happen to ANY ONE OF YOU. Thirty percent of Americans have the chance of developing a disability.

And then. Well. Bye. Down the chute you go.

Most of the damage done by the government.

With people who feel perfectly willing, and do all the time, to discriminate and run all over your civil and Constitutional rights with impunity. If not worse than that. And expect you will both do nothing and that they can get away with that.

In my case they just screwed up. And as I take great pleasure reminding them these days, they just screwed with the wrong gimp. And I have the paperwork and am producing it, with really embarressing letterhead, and or email addressess to prove it.

I’m not off on a rant, or writing this for anything but one reason. To get your support.

I’m not the exception in how I’ve been treated. It’s a crime and I plan on changing that, but that’s not the issue.

The real issue is that I didn’t have a visible disability (which is neurological like the first, which is caused by a TBI injury…the kind of injury suffered just like our vets (even though TBI can cause a multitude of conditions)…but also killed Princess Di and Natasha Richardson) for most of my life, although I am very familiar with both disability issues and of course, know my rights, and have an educational and professional experience that most gimps who are born with them, or say, are vets, and then never do get the chance to get an education, or the opportunities, which let’s face it, are rather unique, for whatever reason, do not.

So I’m doing this as much for me as for my community. And our country. I don’t care if you are a Republican or a Democrat. I’ve been called both. Plus a racist. And lots of other names too. Like “retard.” To my face. Which apparently Obama thinks is so funny he makes jokes about on national TV.

But Work Fair is inclusive, where he is an elitist. And involves not only us crips, and as equals, with things like affirmative action (which we don’t have now) but our families, our neighbors, our friends, our troops, our vets, their families, perhaps our church, or in my mother’s case, her wiggin (yes, she calls herself a witch and a heathen…read my bio and some of my opening digital novel and you’ll instantly understand), but hey, that is what religious freedom is all about. Trust me, you won’t catch me dancing naked and howling at the stars under the full moon on Eventide. Anywhere in the world. Ever. No disrespect to those who do, but uh, I’ve got other things to do. Permanently. Like I don’t know. Paint my nails with organic solar fingernail polish. Into the next millenium?

But seriously, Work Fair is a proposal for a pilot to lay the groundwork and roadmap to recovery for our country, as you will read. And which is really a battle for justice on several fronts, which I’m no stranger for fighting for, even against the big boys, and have waged them successfully all my life. Even at a very young age.…as you can read right on this site.

Ultimately, while this plan and proposal does talk alot about civil and human rights as do many of my blog postings (soon to be redirected to the site), Work Fair is very much focused on economics.

I’ve always thought the two couldn’t be separated, but that’s another topic for debate, (I don’t think separating the two is what is called sustainable economic or environmental economics which are critical in our new economic paradigm) and whether or not you agree with me should have nothing to do with your feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue stream projections I’m suggesting this project will generate. As well as the stimulus it will help kick start into a new paradigm nationally of doing business in the first place.

Called a cleantech economy. Or an information one. And staffed by “information workers.”

The U.S. needs exactly this kind of plan and economic stimulus and Work Fair is designed to do just that, while bringing blighted cities back to life again, and helping rural communities too. And most definately “spreads the wealth around,” not give precious dollars to one’s buddies, friends and spouses.

Obama, buddy, that means you. And alot of Congress.

While further concentrating an already unhealthy distribution of wealth. 90–95% of America’s wealth is controlled by 1% of its population.

A change that is rather shocking when you consider that just before Reagan took office in 1980, only 8% of the country’s wealth was controlled by the top 1% of its population. There is something very wrong with that. Actually several.

Historically and globally, say what you will, and I HAVE been trained as a classic economist, not to mention related to someone who invented the concept of Management (and of course was also a very good economist) this is unjust, unfair, needs to be addressed literally to prevent revolution, is called Oligarchy, NOT Democracy, and leads to oppressive leaders who ignore their constituents for their own personal gain. As in “Change we can believe in” that just got flushed down the toilet, and banana republics.

And if you don’t want to take such damning criticism from a girl, go ask Paul Krugman a Nobel Lauriate in economics last year, who has the same opinion, and THE WOMAN who just won the NOBEL IN ECONOMICS THIS YEAR, not only the first ever to do so, but also uses economic modeling very similar to that which I use in Work Fair.

Or maybe Che Guevara if you continue this kind of crap. Especially with such provocation as the crap going on at the VA on top of listing vets as “terrorists. When they are not shooting themselves or other soldiers in mass suicide attempts because they are literally breaking down mentally, as well as now PWDs as veterans.

So go argue with THAT as being unpatriotic criticism.

SpinLife.com, LLC

That said, this is a plan that will spread, we think, like wildfire, and include everyone, rich and poor, able bodied and PWDs, black, white and in between alike, together in putting this country back on its feet. Community by community. Block by block. Neighbor by neighbor.
